DUE TO COVID-19, New procedures are in place. At this time, I am not taking on new clients. Existing clients will be sent a list of required procedures, precautions, and protocols for appointments, including a required check in the morning of scheduled appointments to answer the new list of questions required by the CDC. Cancellation policy is waived if physical symptoms of illness are indicated the day of your appointment. Masks are required to be worn at all times during your appointment.
Initial Sessions are required. Credit Card to hold booking is expected for new clients. Account can be settled with any method of payment at time of service. If you wish to pay prior to your session please do so using the Pay Online Button. Please send a confirmation email to me regarding payment with your name to assure proper credit is given.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows access of legs from feet to knees.
Please review the new services page on my website (www.lorisweetstudios.com) and the service options. When booking, please indicate both the service and length of service you would like. Also, indicate your preference for the reclining chair or massage table.
Please make payment for services and schedule your next appointment prior to your treatment rather than afterward. (This is a change in procedure based on clients who found that "taking care of business" beforehand is less disruptive to their relaxation experience.) If you pay by check, it is helpful to have it made out in advance payable to “Lori Sweet Studios” or to have your cash or credit card close at hand upon arrival.
I purposely book appointments to end and begin approximately 15 minutes apart so that, once you session is finished, I have time immediately to make notes about your session, clean the room, respond to messages, and have a moment or two to prepare myself to serve my next client to the best of my ability. I thank you in advance for honoring this time boundary knowing I have prepared similarly for you.
If there is something you definitely want to cover or do during your appointment, please tell me at the beginning of your session to be sure we can accommodate your request in the scheduled time.
If you know you would like to have more than an hour in the studio for extra services or longer resting time simply request a longer session when you book your appointment. I have clients who sometimes schedule up to 2 hours or more to allow for a very relaxed pace and customized plan.
Finally, please take time upon departure to make sure you are fully alert and oriented before driving a vehicle. I always have water available in my office and the coffeehouse is downstairs where you can rest. Please feel free to sit in the chairs outside my office until you feel ready to go.
Fees and Services

1. ALL New First Time Clients will be required to book with a credit card to hold the space and keep a credit card on file. Clients may use any payment method at the time of service but a "no show" will have the credit card charged on that date for the full cost of the service.
2. Clients may pay by check, cash, or any major credit card. For convenience, credit cards are gladly accepted, however, checks and cash are appreciated to decrease credit card processing fees.
3. I do offer Personal Payment Plans for clients who may need to manage payments over time. Please inquire if needed.
Please call 717-756-0120 for cancellations. Email may be used for advanced notice cancellations. Cancellations made with more than 48 hour notice can be made without penalty.
For cancellations within 24-48 hours, I do ask for full payment of service. However, if you reschedule your appointment the full payment can be applied minus a $25 cancellation fee.
Same day cancellations (includes less than 24 hours notice), or no shows will be billed or charged for the full session.
Emergencies and special circumstances do arise, so please feel free to call me to discuss.
For Reflexology: If you have an active infection, thrombosis, embolism, any disease of the foot, open sores, fungal infection, varicose veins, broken bones, sprains, recent surgery, or have any other condition that may be cause for concern, please call to inquire before scheduling an appointment or obtain written permission from your medical professional ahead of time. Some conditions can be worked around. Please note: I am not a doctor and do not practice medicine.
For Inner Fitness Coaching: If you have an active psychiatric diagnosis or mental health condition that requires professional treatment you should obtain permission in writing from your health care provider or therapist before booking an appointment. I may work with someone in collaboration with a licensed therapist but I do not provide therapy services. I offer supportive coaching services to promote relaxation and teach tools for stress reduction, mind/body dialogue, and personal growth for positive change for the "healthy but stressed" person as part of a generally healthy life-style.
